RAW Charging (“RAW”), has announced the opening of Manchester’s newest EV charging hub in partnership with Landsec at Parrs Wood, Didsbury.
Parrs Wood is one of Manchester’s premier leisure destinations. The site is home to a Cineworld cinema, tenpin bowling, Nuffield Health gym, a range of popular restaurants, and more. With the installation of 26 new EV chargers, visitors can now enjoy everything Parrs Wood has to offer while charging their vehicles with confidence and convenience.
The Parrs Wood hub is the third major hub launch, as RAW Charging and Landsec embark on a nationwide rollout that will see over 1,000 new EV chargers installed across 28 flagship retail and leisure destinations. The rollout will continue at pace throughout 2026, with RAW and Landsec committed to upgrading legacy infrastructure and delivering the very best in EV charging technology for millions of visitors each year.
To access the free charging offer this half term, drivers need to sign up to RAW Rewards.
RAW's charging network can be accessed directly using the Zapmap app, where live status and availability information is shared 24 hours a day. You can also pay for charging at any RAW charger directly in the app or with the Zapmap charging card.
