An overview of the Zest charging network

Zest

Zest is a charging network offering Destination, En-route, and On-street charging. As of the end of March 2026 Zest had a total of 2,745 EV chargers across the UK.

Zest is a certified B Corp backed by the £420m Charging Infrastructure Investment Fund (CIIF) - a dedicated public-private fund established by the UK Government and managed by Zouk Capital to accelerate the national EV transition.

Its Rapid and destination chargers are strategically located where people already spend time, including retail parks, Starbucks drive-thrus, Aldi and Tesco supermarkets, and Central Co-op stores, as well as at popular hotel and hospitality venues.

Specialising in fully funded solutions for local authorities, Zest is rapidly expanding its on-street network to support residents without driveways, with landmark rollouts including over 4,000 charge points in Thurrock and thousands more across Hackney, Lewisham, and other UK cities and regions.
